This is a functional all over body circuit that i tend to drop into my prep a few weeks out from my show, its a great way to burn fat quickly whilst staying away from the boring cardio machines. I still hit my weighted sessions on a 6 day bodybuilding split routine after i have got the right nutrition in throughout the day.
