There are so many variables and we respond differently to different diets but we wanted to know a best default breakfast we can plan on having to build muscle, give us health and longevity, keep the metabolism high, and not put on any fat. We want to make sure our breakfast gives us enough energy for a hard workout and to recover from the workout the day before.
