  • Warmup : 3x 15 per arm unilateral cable pushdown
  • Skullcrushers : 4x 8-12
  • Close Grip Bench Press : 6×6 ( super heavy )
  • Rope Pushdowns : 3×25
  • Standing Overhead Extensions ( ez Bar ) : 4×12-20 ligth SUPERSET Pushdowns : x10 Heavy
  • Dips : 2×15 then 1x To Failure
