Dave Palumbo Teachs Wide Squats to Dr. Huge of Enhanced Athlete

Squats are the main mass building movement but Dave Palumbo says many Athletes are using a foot position that doesn’t build the most muscle. He explains that the wider stance with the toes pointing forward helps build the inner thigh that many of us are deficient in.
Bonus tip: when my inner thigh gets big my thighs rub together. I use zinc oxide (diaper rash cream) on my thighs and its refreshing and prevents chaffing.
I love learning from Dave Palumbo of RXMuscle. He was one of the original mass monsters in bodybuilding and is extremely intelligent.
