Push the floor away (also somewhat drive your feet outwards..even if they don’t move outwards it’s the thought. 3. Keep the bar path tight.4. Warm up properly 5.Don’t be a bitch. A proper training program is going to also be essential when trying to increase your deadlift or squat or bench or anything for that matter.
